Detailed description
At the end of the 18th century, the estate's territory, a two-story building with a mezzanine in the Classical style, belonged to two owners: A. Naryshkina and Count A. Buturlin. At the beginning of the 19th century, both sites were bought by the metropolitan merchant F. The sides. The date of construction is 1806-1812, the area of the main house is 624 square meters. It is a monument of history and culture of federal significance. The manor has been preserved to this day in almost its original form. In 1863, thanks to the project of the architect Milyavsky, it was reconstructed.
