Estate of A.I. Bashkirova, service building

The official stone building of the estate of A.I. Bashkirova was built in 1904 on the site of former wooden structures. The rectangular building was built of red brick with one floor. The facade was decorated in a classic style with architraves and a risalite. The building is currently in a dilapidated condition after the effects of the fire. The building is a unique example of outbuildings with artistic value for the city.
