The estate of A.I. Bashkirova was built in the period from 1882 to 1894. This is a whole complex of buildings, which consists of the main house, an outbuilding and a service building. The estate is recognized as an architectural historical monument of the city. The wife of the famous Nizhny Novgorod millionaire millionaire AI Bashkirov ordered the construction of a small house on this site. In construction, the architect adhered to such a style as eclecticism. As a result, a rectangular one-story stone structure was erected. This is a fairly strict building, which is devoid of many decorative elements. The building is plastered in white and yellow, continuing the color scheme of the entire street. It stands on a low, wide foundation. The manor ends with a gable iron roof. The facade is decorated with rectangular window openings, which are framed by protruding relief architraves. At the top of the facade there are attics with flowerpots in the center. The main entrance is made in the form of a rectangular opening in the left wing under an arched openwork canopy.
