Detailed description
In 1913, the brick house was bought by state Councilor Shamansky, who probably was the author of the project and built it himself. The house has three floors, a basement, the facade of the building is plastered and painted gray, and there are many decorative plaster elements on the building. There is an arch to enter the courtyard. During the Great Patriotic War, the Chinese Embassy was located in the building.
