P.F. Balka House - O.P. Zubova House

P. F. Balka House - O. P. Zubova House is located near the Novo-Mikhailovsky Palace. The building was built in 1863. It is a four-storey brick building on a high basement with arched windows on the first two floors. The facade of the building is decorated with stucco. Currently, the building houses an apartment building. The house is classified as a national heritage site.
