Church of the Introduction to the Temple of the Most Holy Theotokos in Mytishchi
Detailed description
In the year of the celebration of the 2000th anniversary of the Birth of Christ, the good intention of the residents of the city center was to receive the blessing of Metropolitan Juvenal on the construction of the temple. He built the Church of the Nativity of Christ parish, and on December 5, 2001, the first divine service was held there. On November 3, 2002, the church was consecrated. Currently, regular services are held in the church. The church is used for Sunday school classes. On the main quadrangle of the temple, the gable end of the facades has a round shape. The temple ends with a small light log cabin with a gilded dome on the neck, above which there is a small refectory and an inter-concourse canopy under the wedge-shaped roofs.
