Detailed description
The "Havana Work town" is a residential complex. It was built to accommodate visiting workers in the cultural capital, as the city's population was constantly growing. The building was built in two years in the Art Nouveau style. It has five buildings. The residential complex included small-sized apartments where families lived, and a home for single people - these are rooms with a shared kitchen. The capacity of the tenants reached up to a thousand. The territory for the construction was acquired from Princess Elena Georgievna of Saxe-Altenburg.
