The mansion of M.N. Chernova is located near the Museum of the Don militia. The building was built in 1899. It is a two-storey brick building with a superstructure above its central part and an attic. The facade is decorated with stucco and relief figures. The mansion often hosted balls, receptions, performances, and other events. Currently, a branch of VTB Bank is located in the building. The house is classified as a national heritage site of regional importance.

Особняк М.Н. Черновой расположен недалеко от музея донской милиции. Здание возведено в 1899 году. Представляет собой двухэтажное кирпичное строение с надстройкой над центральной его частью и с мансардой. Фасад украшен лепниной и рельефными фигурами. В особняке часто проходили балы, приемы, выступления и другие мероприятия. В настоящее время в здании находится отделение Банка ВТБ. Дом отнесен к объектам народного достояния регионального значения.
