Levanidov's apartment building was built in the early 20th century. The writer and journalist A.A.Bakharev lived on the third floor of the apartment building. V.N.Semin lived on the fourth floor with his family. The four-storey L-shaped building is designed in the classical style. The windows are decorated with architraves and sandricks. There are decorative stone castles on the third floor. The facade of the building is also decorated with stucco.
