In 1930, the building of the Rostov Highway College was erected, which underwent reconstruction in 1955. During the post-war reconstruction of the building located on the central street of the city, where the college is located, the facade was modernized using pilasters and geometric relief to give it a more unique look. Nevertheless, the overall volume and appearance of the building were preserved.

В 1930 году было возведено здание Ростовского автодорожного техникума, которое в 1955 году прошло реконструкцию.
