The apartment house of A.A. Levanidov, in which the writer A.A. Fadeev lived in 1924-1926

This building is located in the central district of the city of Rostov-on-Don and was built in 1911 with the function of a revenue building. After the revolution in the 1920s, the facility was transferred to the management of the editorial office of the local newspaper Soviet South. In the period 1924-1926, the famous writer Fadeev lived here. The embankment of the Don River is located within walking distance from the former apartment building.
