Apartment building

The house is built in the style of academic eclecticism with an appeal to Renaissance and Baroque architecture. The building is brick with three to five above-ground floors. The structure of spatial planning is complex. The obtuse corner of the block is extended on the sides. The central part of the main volume, facing the red line of Bolshaya Pokrovskaya Street, was built on four floors and complemented by a mezzanine under a sloping arched roof with a small attic room. The rest of the building is three-storied.
