The estate of G. Sverchkov

This is a group of buildings in the historical center of Nizhny Novgorod. The main building and wings of the estate were built in 1845-1848. The author of the project was Nizhny Novgorod architect A.E. Trumyshev. The complex consists of two buildings - the main building and wings, located on Bolshaya Pokrovskaya Street, 6. Currently, this historical building is classified as a cultural monument of the Russian Federation. The two-storey stone house of the Estate Office in a vaulted basement was built in the 1920s and acquired by wine merchant Gerasim Filippovich Sverchkov in 1832.
