Vadkovsky Lane
Detailed description
Vadkovsky Lane is an example of how quickly Moscow expanded. It was known as Back Lane in the 19th century and was the last lane before the intersection of Novoslobodskaya Street with Sushchevsky Val. The name of the lane comes from the name of the landowner, Colonel Egor Vadkovsky, who owned this land since 1775.
