The ensemble of the city estate of M.K. Geppener

The ensemble of the Geppener city estate consists of a mansion and an outbuilding. At the beginning of the twentieth century, there was a large commercial enterprise in Moscow on Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street, the Partnership for the Promotion of Trade and Industry, founded by the Geppener merchants. To serve the business of the partnership, buildings were built at its disposal, which in 1913 were combined into one shopping complex. The construction of the complex was carried out from 1906 to 1913, the customer was the merchant Gepner. The estate is now recognized as an architectural monument.
