Observation deck

The observation deck is located on the Pine Hill. To reach it, it is necessary to overcome 423 steps. It offers an extensive view of the city, St. Nicholas Cathedral and picturesque cliffs. The observation deck is a round stone structure. On one side there is a thick wall, and on the other side there is an iron fence in diameter. The flat roof is supported by an unusually shaped column. There are tiles of different shapes on the floor. It is located on the edge of a not too steep cliff. Nearby there is Lermontovskaya embankment, rotunda, Sosnovaya Mountain.
