The Church of the Triumph of Orthodoxy in Altufevo
Detailed description
The Church of the Triumph of Orthodoxy was founded in 2013. The construction of the last building began in the same year and lasted until 2017. The architect of the building was Kozlov V.I. The stone temple was built by the community of St. Sergius Church in Bibirevo in the style of Novgorod-Pskov architecture of the XII-XIII centuries. The building consists of five domes and has a vestibule and an asymmetrically placed belfry. On October 18, 2014, the lower church of Theodosius of Totem was consecrated. The upper church was dedicated to Blessed Matrona Anemnyasevskaya and St. Theodore of Tomsk. On December 24, 2017, the church was consecrated by the great Patriarch Kirill. After the services began in the upper church, a Sunday school was opened in the lower church.
