Apartment house of D.O. Milovanov

In 1865, the Moscow merchant Dmitry Osipovich Milovanov bought six plots of land for his city estate at once and rebuilt an apartment building for himself. The merchant Milovanov was a successful businessman at that time, he built a large number of buildings in Moscow from the bricks of his factory. The apartment building has a brick facade, as a sample and indicator of Milovanov's products. Initially, it was decided to leave the building in red brick in the image of all Milovanov's buildings, however, it was subsequently repainted.
