City estate of K.F. Rathen - E.A. Luther - Sargins

The town estate of K. F. Ratchen - E. A. Luther – Sargin is located near the apartment building of V. V. Zhuravlev. The building was built in the 18th century. It is a two-story brick yellow building, the facade of which is decorated with stucco. The building is currently in need of renovation and is empty. The house is classified as a national heritage site.
