House of the People 's Commissariat of Agriculture of the USSR

The building was built in 1928 by architect Alexey Shchusev and a team of other authors. The People's Commissariat of Land is recognized as one of the largest and most extensive public buildings in Moscow. The trapezoidal building occupies an entire block. The architectural style is constructivism of the mid-20th century. One of the features of the building at that time were continuous elevators.
