F.K. Weiner's Hotel
Detailed description
The house of Fyodor Weiner was built in the middle of the 19th century. In 1845, the second floor was added by the owner Egin, and in the following years, the third floor was added by the new owners. The house has changed many homeowners over the years. At one time, there were located here: the office of the dentist Kcido, Vinogradov's hardware store, Zelinsky's musical instrument store, as well as the largest tobacco and stationery store "Havana". The floors above were the hotel rooms of Fyodor Karlovich Verman, as well as the loan register and Bulychov's store department. After the nationalization of the house, it belonged to the city property and there were more residents in the house. At the end of the 20th century, a number of organizations worked here, one of them was the organization of the technical center of the Tula Oktava plant. Currently, the building houses a hotel.
