Apartment building

The facade of the building was particularly elegant, with white details on a red background, and it also used traditional Russian architecture from the 17th and 18th centuries. Much later, in the 1970s, the house was completed on two more floors. In different years, postal telegraphs were located in the building. It is currently used as an apartment building.
