Detailed description
The apartment building was built for E.P. Mikhailov in the early 20th century. It is a five-storey house, lined with natural stone. The house is decorated with half-figures of Atlanteans, owls, and owls. The entrance groups are highlighted with red natural stone. The facade was decorated by R.D.H. Rachin. B. M. Kustodiev, a famous Russian artist, lived and worked in this house. It was here that a number of paintings were painted, the subjects of which the artist saw from the window of this house.
