This mansion is located in the historical center of the city in walking distance from the Moika River embankment and is represented by an object built in the period 1911-1913 for the local millionaire Abamelek-Lazarev. It is built in the style of neoclassicism. The main facade is represented by a light color shade with one balcony on the second tier.
