The house of S.P. von Derviz

A mansion whose history begins back in 1723. The building was originally a large, luxurious mansion, built like chambers on Baroque basements and having two floors. Later in 1841, it was rebuilt in the classical style. It was once home to one of the first cabaret theaters in the city. The interior decoration of the building is not inferior in beauty to the imperial palaces. At the moment, the wedding palace and a small theater are located here.
