I.A. Korovkin's apartment house

The house was built after the fire of 1812. This is a two-storey mansion in a classic style. For a short time the poet A.N. Pleshcheyev lived in the house. The building became recognizable after the film "Pokrovsky Gate". Many scenes of the film were shot in the courtyard of this house. At the beginning of the 21st century, the building underwent reconstruction: the third floor was added, the facade was painted and decorated.
