A monument of urban planning and architecture of regional importance. The building was erected in the 30s of the last century, is a prominent representative of the architectural style of constructivism. The building is an eight-storey apartment building with an unusual layout. The two lower floors have always been technical, and the two upper floors were built in the post-war period. It was originally built as a commune house. There are so-called "bachelor" apartments in the building - multi-level apartments.
