The observation deck is located on the embankment of the Iset River. It has a panoramic view of the Temple on Blood, the Yeltsin Center, the Drama Theater are visible. The observation room is well equipped, there is a railing, benches are installed. A great place for walks and beautiful keepsake photos with city views.
