Hotel Zipalov XX century .

The L. N. Zipalov Hotel is a low-rise building located directly opposite the flower garden with the Frog fountain near the Narzan Gallery. It was one of the oldest hotels in Kislovodsk. Zipalov built a short 36-room house on this site. The apartment building occupied a large part of the site and was built in an original architectural style with railings on the eaves. The facade of the short house was more modest, with an entrance loggia with a shop on the ground floor and three sets of windows separated by closets on the upper floor. The windows were decorated with plastic key bands. There was also a balustrade on the cornice. The central part of the facade was decorated with an attic with round dormer windows and keeled pediments.
