Detailed description
The architectural building was designed by Zelinsky and co-author Andrey Nikolaevich Klepenin. The building was equipped with elevators, electric lighting and running water, and there was a restaurant, living rooms, a reading room, narzan and freshwater baths with a water heater. The hotel was State-owned so that prices for seasonal housing could be regulated. There were also various shops on the ground floors of the hotel. For example, the wine department of Artemy Ochakov, the shoe store of Felix Dzerzhinsky, the billiard room of V. V. Vladimirova, the Bon - Repo cinema. In 1948, the building underwent major repairs and was slightly rebuilt. Currently, the building houses a dormitory building for the Narzan sanatorium.
