Detailed description
The Office House was built in 1929 to house commercial enterprises. The architectural style was defined as "constructivism". The building has 4 floors, a spectacular rounded corner facing the intersection of 8 Marta and Malysheva streets. During the Great Patriotic War, there was an evacuation hospital in the building. Currently, the building houses office centers. Nearby are the Poklewski-Kozell Manor House, the Planeta Mineralogical Museum, the O.E. Kler Museum of Local Lore, the Underground Museum, the Pavel Neganov Gallery and the Bolshaya Zlatoust Church.
