The house of the merchant I.L. Bukhonin
Detailed description
In 1896, a house was built on the estate. It was a two-story building with an annex (shop). There was a gate with an arched lintel between the house and the shop. Compared to the courtyard decoration of other houses, this one had its main facades highlighted. The eastern facade of the building has brick masonry with details in the classical style, namely arches with keystones, sandriks, balconies. The stone two-storey building of the shop was completed already in the modern period, there were warehouses and utility rooms. The central facade of the shop was the only one with an architectural design, its feature is the presence of a large pediment, the blind wall of which has a height equal to the main two-story house of the estate. At the beginning of the 20th century, a public organization was located in the building, then a store. Commercial organizations are located here now.
