Detailed description

The house was built in 1914 and belonged to merchant Torgovitsky. The building is a two-storey wooden building with a mezzanine and several wings. The walls are painted green. The windows are rectangular, framed by carved architraves. According to the stories of local residents, L. Kanevsky repeatedly filmed in this building for his program. The house is currently residential. Nearby there is the cottage of A.M. Mikhailov and the Gromovaya well.
