The apartment house of the brothers L.H. and N.H. Ryss

A monument of civil architecture of the late 19th century in the eclectic style. The house was built in 1889. It is a two-storey L-shaped building with a basement and a gable roof, the facade of which is decorated with stucco in the classical style. The brothers were well-known businessmen who owned several houses and businesses. At the end of the 20th century, the Council of Social Security of the Kirovsky district of the city was located on the ground floor of an apartment building. In 2022, it was put up for auction.
