The house where Clara and Solomon Raisman lived, active participants in the revolutionary events of 1903-1905, is located near the monument to Anton Chekhov. The building was built at the end of the 19th century. It is a two-storey white brick building with a balcony and an outbuilding, the facade of which is decorated with stucco. The building currently houses shops. The house is classified as a national heritage site.
