The house of A.F. Evlanov

The house of A. F. Evlanov is located within walking distance from the Alexander Garden. The date of construction is 1836-1837. For many years, the house was owned by many wealthy people – Lieutenant Colonel Krukovsky, merchant Kruglova and others. In 1918, the house was nationalized and a military unit was located in it. The stucco was removed from the main facade.
