Dacha Turgenevka
Detailed description
The cottage was built in 1911 on the site of a Rib beam in the depth of the site, by architect Emmanuel Khodzhaev. There is no data available on when the building acquired the name Turgenevka.
In 1921, the cottage was nationalized, then in 1923 it was taken over by the People's Commissar of Health, soon there was a sanatorium for party activists, and Turgenevka became a microclimatic zone of sleeping quarters in a rice field. Later, the Recreation Center of the Central Executive Committee of the USSR was renamed the Krasnye Kameni Sanatorium and has occupied the position of the Federal Medical Center of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation since the 90s.
