Cascade staircase

The valley, which is located on the territory of Kislovodsk. It looks like a cascading staircase. The difference between the lowest and the highest point is almost 700 meters. The highest point of the valley is located at an altitude of 1,409 meters above sea level and represents the top of Bolshoe Selo Mountain. Since the Soviet era, the cascade staircase has become the hallmark of Kislovodsk.
