Merchant Kalinkin 's House

The house was built at the beginning of the XX century, it belonged to the merchant Kalinkin. In Soviet times, the building housed the Krasny Oktyabr sanatorium. And since 1995, the building has been an architectural monument. The owners of the house changed who wanted to rebuild the building for themselves, and it turned out that a concrete box of seven floors was built very close to it.
