Apartment house of K.P. Evgeniev

In 1913, construction of a city building began on the corner of the Post Office and Bolshaya Sadovaya, and the site was bequeathed to the city by merchant Troyankin. The house was to be fully rented out. But after the war, the building housed an infirmary, and then a pedagogical university.
