I.S. Levanidov's apartment house

The house of the honorary citizen of the city, Ivan Stepanovich Levanidov. It was built in the late nineteenth century in an eclectic style, with numerous stucco and plaster decorations used in the facade decoration. The apartment building is an object of cultural heritage of regional significance. In summer, it catches the eye because of the greenery on the balconies and walls. The house is located at the intersection of Turgenevskaya Street and Ostrovsky Lane (35/15).
