The house where the writer V. M. Shukshin lived is located near the Bridge of the Beskudnikovskaya railway line. The writer lived on the 5th floor in 33 apartments from 1972 to 1974. It is a nine-storey grey brick building with balconies. Currently, there are residential apartments in the building. The house is classified as a national heritage site.
