Church of the Holy Trinity - Patriarchal Compound
Detailed description
In the 18th and 19th centuries, outbuildings were built on the estate, some of which have survived to this day. At the same time, a new two-tiered bell tower was added to the Holy Trinity Church, the lower tier of which served as the entrance to the church, and the upper tier as an open bell tower. With the decline of the estate at the end of the 19th century, the church fell into disrepair, and services are rarely held here. In 1905, the decoration of the churchyard was restored. In 1938, the church was closed and the interior was destroyed. The building was used as a production workshop; the worship service was reopened in April 1995. Currently, the church has been restored and established as a metochion of the Patriarchate. The shrines are the icons of the "Iverskaya" and "Gracious" Theotokos, which are especially revered.
