Sapozhnikov Apartment House

The five-storey building was built in 1875 by architect A. A. Nikiforov. In the old days, the house was residential. A major restoration of the house was carried out in August - September 2019. In Soviet times, the house was reconstructed and completed to a two-story building. The attic exits are topped with five-pointed stars. To date, the cast-iron staircase, vaulted ceilings and cast-iron supports in the basement have been preserved.
