Apartment house of the Basmanny partnership

The house was built in 1913 by architect Adolf Zeligson. This house has a pseudo-Gothic style. A large number of details were used in the design of the facade, but the integrity of the composition is not violated. Few people could afford an apartment in this building, it was the most expensive house on the whole street. The layout of the apartments was individual, chandeliers were installed in the entrances. There was a garage in the courtyard.
