Detailed description

The Volkov Chambers is a landmark building in Moscow and one of the oldest civil buildings in the city and is listed as a cultural monument of federal significance. The boards themselves are buildings on sub-floors with porches and exterior porches along the ends. On the second floor of the palace there was a red porch, above which there were images of holy princes, and a dining room was also built. Single-storey buildings for household needs were added to the western part of the building. In the 18th century, an increase in territories began, and new buildings and plots were added to the existing possessions, as well as orchards and a greenhouse were created on the plots. After the reconstruction at the end of the 19th century, the western part was expanded, the interior and the facades of the building were transformed. To date, the shaped furnaces of the early 18th century, and the dining chambers with drawings and inscriptions have been preserved.
