Residential building in the constructivism style
Detailed description
In 1937, a five-storey house in the constructivist style was built, distinguished by a six-storey tower by the Peter the Great Canal and a high triple arch. However, in Russian times, the building was declared an emergency and the residents were resettled. It stood abandoned for several years. Then it was decided to carry out major repairs of the facility under the program "Youth — affordable housing".
