Church of the Holy Trinity in Kyzyl
Detailed description
Initially, the Trinity Church was built in the Tuvan People's Republic, which was independent from the USSR at that time, in 1929. Three decades later, the temple was completely rebuilt. The squat rectangular building was made of wood, and the walls were covered with wood. The church had a small belfry mounted on the vestibule. At the end of the 2000s, the temple began to be rebuilt: a dome was built and a tall tent-type bell tower with three tiers was erected.
