Apartment house Ya . A . Rekka

The house was built in 1910-1911, has six floors, and there is a ledge at the corner of the building where a clock tower and sculptures are visible. The building itself was divided into two entrances. During the construction, bathrooms were installed in the apartments of the house, running water and sewerage were carried out, and elevators were installed. Bulgakov mentioned this house in his works. In 1983-1987, another technical floor was added to the house.
