Chambers of Ptitsyn
Detailed description
The chambers are part of an estate from the middle of the 18th century. In 1738, Fyodor Ptitsyn acquired this plot, and in 1754 this house was built on one floor on a high basement. This is a typical residential building of the 18th century. The facades are in the Baroque style, the corners are built with pilasters, the arched windows are decorated with stucco, white architraves against the background of emerald walls. The roof is hipped, four-pitched. The last large-scale renovation of the building was in 1973. It is a monument of architecture and urban planning of regional importance.
